The Challenge & Research
The Problem: The automotive retail ecosystem was fragmented. Users faced friction when moving between disparate applications for sales, servicing, and inventory, leading to an inefficient car-buying and maintenance journey.


The Insight: By collaborating with cross-functional teams, research uncovered a critical need for ecosystem connectivity. The vision required a "north star" strategy that prioritised seamless data flow between products rather than isolated feature sets.
The Solution & Iteration
The Execution: I designed end-to-end user journeys in Figma that bridged the gap between different internal applications. This included high-fidelity workshop management dashboards and scheduling grids designed for maximum clarity.


Key Feature: Developed a "Vision After-sales" prototype ecosystem, streamlining complex workflows like service plan management, workshop control, and guided check-ins into one cohesive interface.
Leadership & Impact
The Strategy: I partnered with Product Managers to define the roadmap, negotiating feature sets for both the immediate MVP and long-term global scalability.


The Outcome: Delivered a future-forward platform vision that improved cross-application usability and introduced innovative tools that enhanced the overall automotive retail experience for both dealers and customers.
